A closer look at each country
Australia: targeted, but blocked
| Side | What we found | Source and date | Label |
|---|
| Casino | Markets itself to players across Australia. Deposits in AUD and selected cryptocurrencies. | Casino’s own pages (not linked), 16 Oct 2026 | Claimed |
| Regulator | ACMA asked Australian internet providers to block Royal Reels in July 2023 for breaching the Interactive Gambling Act. Its quarterly reports keep adding new Royal Reels addresses, most recently in Apr–Jun 2026. | ACMA, checked 16 Oct 2026 | Verified |
| Licence | No Australian licence. | ACMA | Verified |
So the casino accepts and targets Australians, but the service is illegal to offer here and blocked on Australian networks. The detail is on why Australian providers block the site.
Royal Reels New Zealand: accepted, according to third parties
The casino says nothing about New Zealand; its own pages mention only Australia and AUD. Third parties point the other way:
- LCB lists NZD among the currencies, and a New Zealand member there reports a payout.
- NZCasino’s review uses wording aimed at new New Zealand customers.
- Slotozilla’s New Zealand page lists NZD, although its payments section says AUD only.
- A Trustpilot reviewer from New Zealand posted about the casino on 10 Feb 2026.
- Similarweb’s modelled estimate says about 30% of September 2026 visits to one of the brand’s numbered addresses came from New Zealand.
Label: reported. We show New Zealand as accepted on third-party evidence, not on the operator’s own terms.
Restricted: Russia, the Philippines and North Korea
The Royal Reels restricted countries you see quoted online come from third-party lists, not from the casino. SlotsSpot and StatsDrone’s listing of the brand’s affiliate programme name all three; Slotozilla lists Russia and the Philippines only.
| Country | Listed as | Sources | Label |
|---|
| Russia | Restricted or excluded | SlotsSpot, StatsDrone, Slotozilla | Reported |
| Philippines | Restricted or excluded | SlotsSpot, StatsDrone, Slotozilla | Reported |
| North Korea | Restricted or excluded | SlotsSpot, StatsDrone | Reported |
The Philippines is an odd case. The casino’s terms say it is regulated under the laws of PAGCOR, the Philippine regulator, yet PAGCOR says all internet gaming licences were cancelled from 15 Dec 2024 (PAGCOR, checked 16 Oct 2026).
Sources disagree: United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Slovakia
| Country | What the sources say | Sources | Label |
|---|
| United States | Three databases say US players are not accepted (two of them after a check from Ohio); one says they are and lists USD. | Casino.guru, LCB, No Deposit Kings, SlotsSpot | Unclear |
| Canada | Only one review page suggests Canadian play, with CAD amounts. The same page shows a regional restriction notice and says AUD only for payments. | Slotozilla (Canada) | Unclear |
| United Kingdom | No source states a status. The casino refers players to GamCare (UK) and Gambling Therapy, which is not evidence of acceptance. No UK licence in any source we checked. | Casino’s responsible gambling page; databases | Unclear |
| Slovakia | A Trustpilot reviewer shown as being in Slovakia (10 Sep 2024) said a withdrawal was rejected and the account blocked. That shows an account existed, not that the country is accepted. | Trustpilot | Unclear |
Everywhere else: no data
We found no source either way for any other country, and grey on the map means exactly that. If another website gives a full list of Royal Reels accepted countries, ask where it came from: the casino’s own terms contain none.
