Royal Reels support: live chat, email and no phone

Short answer: Royal Reels live chat and a ticket form are the only support channels we could confirm on 16 Oct 2026. There is no phone line, as the company itself said in a February 2026 Trustpilot reply, so treat any “Royal Reels phone number” with suspicion.

Which support channels exist

Royal Reels live chat and a ticket form are the two support channels we could confirm. We read the casino’s support page on 16 Oct 2026 (we don’t link it). The company says it has no phone line, and the email addresses that circulate differ from place to place, so we don’t publish them.

Royal Reels live chat hours are not stated on the support page itself; the 24/7 figure comes from Casino.guru’s test. In January 2024 some Trustpilot reviewers said live chat was no longer available to them (16–17 Jan 2024), so if chat fails, use the ticket form and keep a copy.

Why we don’t publish a Royal Reels email address

Two different addresses circulate for the brand: one in the description of its official Telegram channel, another on its Trustpilot profile and in several review databases. Both sit on casino domains, and our rules forbid publishing any casino address, web or email. In its Trustpilot replies the company has pointed people to email support on a separate domain from its main site.

There is a practical reason too. The support page itself shows an email heading with no address, so we can’t confirm which, if either, is answered. Use the chat or ticket form from inside your account instead. That ties your message to your account and gives you a record.

Fake support numbers and recovery offers

If you searched for a Royal Reels contact number in Australia, be careful with whatever came up. The company says it has no phone line, so a number presented as Royal Reels support did not come from the company’s own pages, as far as we can tell. In February 2026 a Trustpilot reviewer from New Zealand wrote that the emails and phone numbers they had tried did not work, and the company replied that it has no phone line.

Brand searches are crowded with spam pages and profiles that use the Royal Reels name on unrelated sites, and some lookalike sites have their own review profiles with no verified link to the operator (our search review, 16 Oct 2026). Stop replying, or hang up, if:

  • someone contacts you first, claiming to be Royal Reels support
  • they ask for your password, a one-time code or remote access to your device
  • they ask for a fee, a tax or a deposit to release winnings (Scamwatch: never pay to unlock winnings)
  • they offer to recover money you lost in exchange for a payment up front
  • they ask for ID documents outside your casino account

Scamwatch warns that money recovery scams target people who have already lost money, posing as law firms, fraud taskforces or government agencies, and that you should never give strangers remote access to your devices. If you already paid or shared details, call your bank first, then IDCARE on 1800 595 160, and report it to Scamwatch.

How to write a support request that gets an answer

Royal Reels customer service works through chat and tickets, so your message has to stand on its own. A clear, complete request is easier to answer and easier to use later as evidence.

  • Account ID and the email you registered with
  • Dates and amounts of the deposit or withdrawal you are asking about
  • Screenshots of your balance, the request or the error
  • One question per message, so the answer can’t skip it
  • A written reply, with the reason and the clause of the terms it relies on

Account ID: [your account ID]

On [date] I requested a withdrawal of [amount] by bank transfer. It still shows as pending.

Please tell me in writing why it is pending, what (if anything) you need from me, and the date you expect to pay it. If you rely on a rule in your terms, please quote the clause.

Save the chat transcript or ticket reply. If support asks for documents, send them only through your account. For a payout that stays stuck, read our pending withdrawal guide.

What support can’t help with

Support can’t lift an ISP block. If you are in Australia and see ACMA’s “Website blocked” page, your internet provider is blocking the site at ACMA’s request, as it has since July 2023. That block sits with the provider, not the casino, and we don’t publish ways around it. See why Royal Reels is blocked in Australia.

In a Trustpilot reply on 24 Sep 2025 the company gave a player a new login address. We don’t repeat addresses like that: our rules forbid it, and lookalike sites copy the brand to collect logins. If you can’t sign in, our login problems guide explains the usual causes and how to spot a fake login page.

Support also can’t change a gambling block your bank applies to your card. That decision sits with you and your bank.

If there is no reply

Send one follow-up that quotes your first message and its date, and keep both. If that goes unanswered too, stop waiting on the casino alone: our page on where to complain lists who handles payment disputes, scams and illegal sites in Australia.

If you would rather stop altogether, our guide to closing an account and getting help has a request you can copy. Waiting on an unanswered ticket can be stressful. Gambling Help Online is free and confidential on 1800 858 858, 24/7.

Support and contact questions

  • Is Royal Reels live chat open 24/7?

Casino.guru lists English-only live chat, 24/7, based on a test on 10 Jul 2026 (reported). The casino’s support page offers a chat but does not state hours. If chat is unavailable, use the ticket form and keep a copy.

  • Is there a Royal Reels phone number?

No. The company said in a February 2026 Trustpilot reply that it does not run a phone line, and its support page shows no number (checked 16 Oct 2026). Treat any number presented as Royal Reels support with suspicion.

  • What is the Royal Reels email address?

We don’t publish it. The support page shows an email heading with no address, and two different addresses appear elsewhere, both on casino domains. Use the chat or ticket form inside your account so your message is linked to it.

  • Can Royal Reels support unblock the site in Australia?

No. The block is applied by Australian internet providers at ACMA’s request, not by the casino. We don’t publish ways around it. Our blocked in Australia explainer has the details.

  • Someone from Royal Reels support contacted me first. Is it real?

We can’t verify any contact that reaches you first, and the company says it has no phone line. Don’t share passwords, one-time codes or ID, don’t pay anything, and contact support yourself through your account. Report suspicious contact to Scamwatch.

  • Does Royal Reels post outage notices anywhere?

Not that we could find. There is no status page, the Telegram channel posts marketing only, and outages have been acknowledged only in individual Trustpilot replies (26 Sep 2024 and 17 Jul 2025). Our live status page tracks what we can check.

  • What if support stops replying?

Send one follow-up quoting your first message and its date. If that goes unanswered, see who handles payment disputes, scams and illegal sites in Australia on our complaints page.
